At Kaisa, we believe that childhood is not a race to grow up. It is a precious time to wonder, explore, play, connect and discover the world at a child’s own pace.
Inspired by the values and principles of Finnish early childhood education, Kaisa offers a warm, nurturing and play-based environment where young children are encouraged to be curious, independent and confident learners.
We believe that every child is capable. Children learn best when they feel safe, trusted, respected and valued. Rather than focusing on worksheets or academic pressure, we create meaningful everyday experiences through play, movement, music, stories, nature, creativity and relationships.
Our approach
Kaisa brings together Finnish-inspired learning with thoughtful local adaptation, creating an early childhood experience that is meaningful for children and families in Malaysia.
Through this process, children are given opportunities to ask questions, try things out, express their ideas, make choices and learn from their experiences.
We pay attention not only to what children can do, but also to what they are trying to communicate — through their words, actions, expressions, movements and interactions.

At Kaisa, we fully implemented
Finnish Curricullum
which
covers 5 learning areas:
 Storytelling, singing, sensory play, and visual aids to help children understand and interact with the world. Teaches vocabulary and communication through everyday routines and play rather than formal testing or memorization. |  Singing, rhythm, music-making, and listening to different musical styles to build auditory and creative skills. Using diverse materials, textures, and visual tools allows children to shape objects, communicate ideas visually, and appreciate cultural heritage. |  Focuses on social skills, community participation, and democratic values - respectfully, share responsibilities, and understand their place within a group from an early. Encouraging daily life management, self-direction, and empathy through collaborative routines. |
